Bella Beverage Catering and Events - Part-Time Bartending Position
Bella Beverage Catering and Events is looking for motivated, reliable, and professional bartenders for a fast-paced beverage catering company. We serve an array of events ranging from corporate, wedding, and private parties. We are searching for new members to add to our team that can serve high-volume events with overall professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
Applicants must possess the following:
- Minimum of two years experience in bartending, restaurant, catering, events, coffee shop or retail
- Be at least 21 years of age with valid ID
- Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- RBS and LEAD Certification - Required within 30 days of hire
- Food Handler’s Card - Required within 30 days of hire
- Flexible work hours and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Experience working in a high-volume environment
- Ability to present self in a professional manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Work well with others in a team environment
- Ability to take initiative and problem-solve in a dynamic environment
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Promptly prepare and serve drinks to guests at various events in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and attractive bar area
- Setup and breakdown bar area and restore room to original setting
- Lifting of bar equipment
- Follow state and local serving regulations
- Adhere to company uniform codes and policies
